Harriet Rathbone

I'm shocked and saddened to hear of Harriet's passing. She was friendly, kind, had a great sense of humour and was a delight to know and be with. We shared a love of Hummingbird whoppie cakes and the search for human kindness. The world is a sadder place without her!

What a wonderful human being Harriet was! I will always remember that she took me under her wing when I joined the office, and showed the care and kindness in abundance that so many people on here witnessed. Have heard only today of Harriet’s passing. So very sad and tragic for someone so young. Harriet was always unfailingly helpful and jovial and will be missed greatly and remembered fondly. RIP.

I have just heard about Harriet. I am so sad to hear that she is no longer with us. She was such a bright, funny, lovely person and I spent hours talking and laughing with her. Rest in peace lovely lady xxxx

I have just learnt of Harriet's passing - I am so sorry and saddened to learn this news and the tragic circumstances. Harriet was a lovely, kind woman and a great support to me when I joined the Fraud Unit. She was so happy and bubbly during our team meetings and sessions to maintain solidarity during lockdown and always got involved in our team activities. We had a shared love of cats and a Welsh link together. I know how much Harriet missed her family during lockdown which she often shared with us during meetings and I so hope that she was able to spend time with them when restrictions were lifted.

Such a wonderful individual and I shall miss our football banter. Harriet would always try to help. She is missed.

Harriet was a wonderful team member and kind, warm and supportive friend and colleague. She was always keen to get involved in every team activity and would be the first to offer help and support to any new starter. She'll be much missed by everyone who knew her. My sincere condolences to her family - a tragic loss, far too young.

My sincere condolences to Harriet’s family. Unfortunately I only worked with Harriet for a short period of time and didn’t have the chance to meet in person but I will never forget how welcoming she was when I joined the team and how eager she was to help. Thank you, Harriet, for always being so supportive and kind.
