Dear Fran, left it too late to try and find you - cannot believe it - so sorry. Friends from our teens (lived with us whilst at CSSD at the end of our road), told me off for talking about sport even when I was asleep: helped me be just a fraction less naive…and so much more! Life should not have become so busy - I’m sorry. How amazing to read how much you were loved by all around you. I’m sure your girls are just as gorgeous. Special from an early age. Xx

Fran will forever be remembered in her brilliant teaching methods and amazing personality, she supported me when nobody else would. Rest easy ❤️

I can’t believe it’s been a year already. I didn’t get the chance to express my love for her this time last year. I’ve shared some of my brightest and darkest moments with this beautiful woman. I still find myself wishing to speak to her again, and can still hear her words of wisdom echoing in my mind and heart. I find it maddening how one person can touch so many lives. I can never begin to thank you for all the support you’ve shown me though my time knowing you, but all I can do is hope that I could be even half the woman you are. Thankyou for bringing love and spirit into my life, through the good and the bad.

Fran taught me from 1995-1997 at the Jellicoe Theatre at Consitution Hill Road. Year 1 I played Noah in the play Noah. Fran and Charles were fantastic. They encouraged me and cared. I was a bit of a rebel in year 2

A gentle, strong and kind soul. The steady, unshakeable, beating heart of LCH for so many years. I have nothing but fond memories if this lovely lady. A soothing hand on the troubled arm of staff and students alike. xx

Such a beautiful soul! Fond memories of breathing techniques and relaxation exercises and learning Diction and posture And a monologue or two. All at the beautiful Jelicoe Theatre she had time for anyone and great help and advice along the way! You will be missed but never forgotten.

Fran was a kind, patient lady with a beautiful soul. She always had time for everybody, no matter how busy her day was. She was gentle in her approach to others and so incredibly kind. I will never forget her warmth, kindness or smile. She was a wonderful lady and anyone that got to work with her or be a pupil of hers were lucky indeed. She touched so many lives and will never be forgotten. The world was a better place with Fran in it.

Fran, you helped me through a really tough time at Jellicoe when I went through vocal struggles. You helped me find strength and I will be forever grateful for that. Not only did you teach us so much and give the best advice but you really managed to turn negatives to positives. You are such an incredible woman and touched so many lives. Thank you for everything you gave us and gave Jellicoe. You will continue to live on through all of us. Thank you Fran x
