My dear Mrs Nosiri. My favorite madam. You are truly and deeply missed. I think I speak for all of us when I say that your absence will always be felt. I pray that our good Lord grants you eternal and peaceful rest. May God also grant your family the strength and fortitude to bear your loss, as they hold on to their beautiful memories of you. Amen. Farewell Ma, may you fly beautifully amongst the angels.

"My Madam" like I fondly call you. The fact that I am missing you is an understatement. A lot of your responses to me each time we discuss will never go away. E.g, "Mrs. B enjoy yourself, this life is only once. I did not imagine that you were not going to be around for too long a time for us to continue in the enjoyment. When we were at St. Mary,s Hospital Gwagwalada for your eye surgery, you told me that now that you have gotten your eyes back the enjoyment will now be unlimited. Have you forgotten that we still had so much to do together. When we were planning Oga Ali,s sendforth, we went every where together soliciting for support and I remember you telling me " even if is only two people that pay we will do it". At the end of the day our running around was a huge success. Little did I know that it was going to be our last celebration together. My madam, I will always miss the internal happiness in me when I am with you. I was still imagining that it is not true. But I have come to the realization that it is true because of the simple adage in my place that says, " firewood that lights best doesn't last in the fire place. Rest in peace my madam. God loves you best. I send my sincere condolences to the family, the entire PV/PMS staff and NAFDAC in general.

Helga Nosiri. A simple hearted woman, with truely the heart of a mother hen; always protecting her children at the sound of any danger. Very caring, willing to spend and be spent for others. A very peaceful woman who love to make others happy and comfortable. Oh, she love to celebrate life at any given opportunity. I recall some great moments with you at the Sultanate of Oman, Ethiopia, Bogota and Netherlands, Abuja etc. These memories will last for long. Your expressions "Head Honcho, There is new Sherrif in town give him a chance " these cannot be forgotten, it will last for a while in our memories. The question is why now? considering what we planned to put in place and we are just getting set but the question is to who? Helga, myself or our creator? Who are we to ask the creator? We are only pencils in His hand. Baba! we pledge our full allegiance to your Lordship and thank you for every moment that you graciously gave to Helga. Thank you for taking her back to yourself. Thank you for the lessons meant for those alive to learn. To the Children, Husband and family members all we can say is may the Lord comfort your hearts and give grace to bear this inreperable loss. Been trying to find the right words

My madam at the top, I am still in shock. Everyday I keep imagining that I will see you when ever I go to the office and we will do the usual 'catch up'. I was suppose to come to your house for my treat of fresh okro with fish but I guess you could not wait forever. It's hard to face the reality that we can only do a catch up and have the treat in the heavenly realm as you have gone ahead of us, I am sure you will tell the angels nothing but good things about the times we shared together. You will regale them with your numerous stories and they will know no dull moment with you as was our experience while you tarried with us. You may be gone from here but your star undoubtedly shines on in our hearts. RIP My madam, adieu sister, rest with the angels until we meet again.
