Mrs Charter, May you rest in peace. You've been a neighbour and family friend for decades! You will be sorely missed. I pray for your family and friends to keep strong. Although I left Dominica as a very young girl, on each visit back, I'd always made sure to go say hello and visit Mrs Charter. She was so kind, funny, strong and God fearing. May all these wonderful memories live on. Raki
