This World Is Not My Home / Jim Reeves(Tribute to Flora) This world is not my home I'm just passing through My treasures are laid up Somewhere beyond the blue The Angels beckon me From Heaven's open door And I can't feel at home In this world anymore Oh Lord, you know I have no friend like you If Heaven's not my home Then Lord what will I do The Angels beckon me From Heaven's open door And I can't feel at home In this world anymore I have a lovin' mother Just hovering up in Gloryland And I don't expect to stop Until I shake her hand She's waiting now for me In Heaven's open door And I can't feel at home In this world anymore Oh Lord, you know I have no friend like you If Heaven's not my home Then Lord what will I do The Angels beckon me From Heaven's open door And I can't feel at home In this world anymore Just over in Gloryland We'll live eternaly The saints on every hand Are shouting victory Their songs of sweetest praise Drift back from Heaven's shore And I can't feel at home In this world anymore Oh Lord, you know I have no friend like you If Heaven's not my home Then Lord what will I do The Angels beckon me From Heaven's open door And I can't feel at home In this world anymore...

A TRIBUTE TO A KIND HEARTED WOMAN I still find it difficult to come to terms that you're no more. The saying goes that it is not how far, but how well. Though you left at a premature age, you achieved a lot and impacted lives. You were a kind hearted woman who would always go out of your way to help. Your were a giver per excellence. A woman of faith you were, you fought the monster called cancer, but since it pleased God to take you, who are we to question Him. You have gone to a place where there's no sickness nor death. You have gone to be with your maker. Rest on Flora, rest on the digital ochiora, as you were fondly called until we meet to part no more.

Death is a debt every human being must pay.And no one knows when it will be his or her turn to pay the inescapable dues. Dr.Flora has lived and impacted the world in her little way and gone to be with the "Angels". My prayers for the Ojukwu's and Ezuma's is that the good Lord will give them the heart to bear the irreplaceable loss of Dr.Flora who has gone to a better place.Adieu and rest in peace.

The night of May 3 was filled with trepidation. Shock was an understatement. I was speechless. I felt lost and confused. I just couldn't process your departure. I watched keenly as your body was being prepared for the morgue, I still thought I was in a trance. Is this how people die? Just like that! You promised you were going to fight to stay alive, we were hopeful you will make it, after all you've always been a fighter and survivor. Then what happened Flo? Why did you leave us? Your lovely family? Your job you treasured? Your friends and fans? Why Flora? I guess the answer lies with the Almighty. You have done your time on planet earth. While on this surjourn you left an indelible footprint on the sands of time. Your legacies abound, too huge and much within your short stay here. I am consoled by these legacies. You were a broadcaster with a difference always striving to teach and groom your colleagues. Very passionate about your job, an exemplary quality one hardly find these days. I will miss that on the job. Words still fail me Lady Flo. Good memories are best treasured in the heart. Sleep on Lady Flo until we meet to part no more. From "Lily sweet" Anukwuem

About 45 years ago, we all met in a small corner of the earth at Udi Road Primary School as little five and six years old innocent kids who were able to measure their ears by touching it with the opposite palm. Life took us in so many journeys with diverse experiences and still brought us together as a group. we were dealt with a blow of your joining the heavenly host, our Nneka, your transition after a fierce battle reminding us how transient this life is and we are just a vapor away. May God rest your soul and grant your love ones the grace at this painful moments. For every breath in our lungs may we not take it for granted! Rest on Flora!
