Decklan started Toco Composite School in 1988. He completed secondary school in 1993. He graduated with his peers on July 7th, 1993. His school mates loved him dearly, as he was a pleasant and marvelous individual. Decklan was a "people person" and showed everyone love and respect. He was always helpful, considerate and kind to everyone he met in his lifetime.
