This page is to celebrate the life of our wonderful friend David who sadly passed away on 1st September 2020. Dai was much loved. He was caring and kind hearted. A true gent who played a huge part in so many lives. His cheeky smile would light up a room. I hope this page can bring together all those who knew and loved Dai and provide them all with some comfort.

Nothing but positive memories of Dai through school and on many a night out in Newport. A good friend, helped me home after one to many on more than one occasion. Sorry I didn’t get to meet up more on recent years. Condolences to family and friends. RIP mate!

We would like to pass on our condolences to Dai's family and friends. He was a good friend to our son, Tom, during his time at Aberystwyth. We remember meeting him on Graduation Day and he was such a lovely young man. So very sorry to hear that he was taken away far too soon from those who loved him.

Dai is such a special person and has left a lasting imprint on so many people's lives. Playing rugby at university with Dai was a privilege, he was such a big part of the team on and off the field and one of the nicest people. A truly tragic loss.

I am so so sorry to hear of your tragic sudden loss. I know what a massive part of Calum's life you played and loved how everyone used to think you were brothers as you used to look so alike. Calum and Dawn were so thrilled you made time to travel all the way to Macduff for their wedding. Your bond reignited as if you'd never been apart, a sign of a kindred spirit. True friendship. An utter Gentleman you supported Eilidh, Calum's sister when they came to Aber when Calum and Sam abandoned her sacrificing your own night out.
