De Chi,i still can’t believe i am writing a tribute because of your passing.Words cannot describe this difficult moment, our hearts are heavy,but if this is the last time we get to say goodbye then we know we did so with the knowledge that we consider ourselves blessed to have lived this life as your nephews,as an in-law,as a brother,as a father and as a guardian you have been to us all.You touched so many lives by your selfless and countless acts of kindness..What more can I say?May God bless your soul

Though death is inevitable, Commander, it wasn't time for you to leave us in agony. After calling and sending a message of good will on December 26th, I could not see or hear from you again. You were a caring and loving uncle to me. The fatherly role you played in my life cannot be forgotten. Words are not enough to describe how you impacted my life and the lives of all who came in contact with you. You lived a life of emulation that can never be forgotten. Your mind was always open to welcome everyone, no matter who they are. Discrimination was not your style. You did not support evil. You always told me, "Lady, if you have any problem, let me know. I will take care of it, don't bother yourself." It pains me because I haven't paid back any of the good deeds which I have in mind, but I know God sees what we humans cannot see. De chi , as we fondly call you, the news of your death came as a shock to us. You where a great uncle/ father to many. It is hard to say goodbye! RIP Deechi!!

De Chi, the little time I knew you, you showed I and my family so much kindness. You will be greatly missed and we pray that you rest in the bossom of the Lord. May the good Lord grant the family the fortitude to bear this great loss.

Daddy as I fondly called you while alive, you were more than an Uncle. A father, who was there for all. I'm still shocked by your sudden demise. You did so much for me and so saddened that when things are starting to look great, you passed away without getting anything from me. I'm honoured to have spent time with you and learnt so so much from your ways. Keep resting sir.❤️

Death is one of the hardest pills anyone can swallow, but with courage and hope of everlasting life which we beckon on we will prevail. My condolences to the immediate family members and to us the Kindred.
