Dear Orafu family... A child of God continually touches lives without knowing. Although I only met her twice, I felt like I knew her. She brought the word of God back into our family home through her son (Proverbs 22:6). People like her never die, as her light will continue to shine through those she left behind. Aunty you are going to be truly missed... Your unconditional love you gave me and my family will hold a place in my heart forever. You made me feel like family and you welcomed me into your home and trusted me to build a sister/friendship with your daughter Chizoba. I have countless of memories that I will cherish. You are a true definition of a strong & courageous woman, that taught us that above all prayer is the key and we thank you for your teachings. Mama, I only met you once, when I and my friend, your son, Bonat visited you in your house. The little discussion I had with you in Hausa Language, left me with an indelible and lasting impression of the kind of person you were. It was very visible to me that you were a very friendly outgoing, blunt and kind-hearted person. There is nothing more for us to do or say other than pray for you. May God the Almighty, reward you for your goodness, show mercy on you for your kindness and grant you eternal rest for your truthfulness. To my friend Bonat, and the rest of Mama's sons and daughter, please take heart, believing that mama is now peacefully resting with her creator.

Mum was a true woman of God. I remember the days that she was there to comfort me when I came to kicc in hackney. I will forever cherish those memories . She was so different special and unique. I can still remember how she stood out with her vibrant colours and yes she was very protective of her children and those who were connected to her. That’s what made her so special and unique. I will miss her dearly. I will never forget her, may her soul rest in everlasting peace. she was a spiritual and unique mother, grandmother and friend she will always be remembered in Jesus name.
