Will cherish all the great moments we spent with Uncle Baggy.. He will be dearly missed... May His Soul Rest in Peace.. He is now in His true Home where only Peace Dwells.. It is with a heavy heart that I hear of this sudden news. Mr Bhagwan was a real gentleman and had always been generous to give good advices. Conversations with him were always engaging and he would always put you at ease. Was looking forward to meeting him every year during the Hong Kong Electronic Fair or the Canton Fair. He will be dearly missed by all of us.

It is easy to dream .... sometimes it is easier to talk BUT rarely do dreamers realise greatness, touch others and change society. Bhagwan (Chairman) did just that and more.... and even now has that becoming and settling smile of a caring and a focused father figure to all. Bhagwan i respect and will not forget you. RIP my friend. You will not be forgotten!

It is with great sadness that we learned of Bhagwan Sir Passing and please accept my most sincere condolences at this time of grief in Melcom family. Bhagwan Sir as a trailblazer and a visionary built a legacy of success in the businesses he established. He will be surely missed and remembered for his undeniable legacy.
