An advocate for education and the arts, Beverly was a "force to be reckoned with." She was the second child of the late Charles and Clarina Williams of San Diego California. She married the late Bruce Kilbourne in 1975. She is survived by her three daughters, five grandchildren, 4 siblings and a host of family and friends. She will be dearly missed for her boundless energy, resourcefulness and creativity.

Maisha, Shia and Brandi, I want to wish my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your Awesome Mother Beverly A.Kilbourne. She became a wonderful inspiration in my life beginning in May of 1986! She met us @Disneyland for Gradnite Senior Trip when Brandi was 6 months old!! Our first encounter was jumping in the hotel room bed!!

To the 3 of you there is no pain worse than losing your mother or child the comfort comes from knowing exactly who your mother was to so many of us to me personally! my cousin my aunt most of all my FRIEND the beautiful days so out way the storms find strengthening in each other all three of you carry some very special parts of Beverly the parts that made her phenomenal!!!!!! Her smarts, wisdom, her goofy side her loving side that smile and engery she spoke with confidence,pride and intelligence! To know her is to continously love her! tho she is gone she will never be forgotten I will continually look for her in YOu! Miasha, Shia, and Brandi, It is my prayer that you will rally together and find comfort in your sisterhood, that intricate part that connects you to one another and your mother. Grief is inevitable but it is temporary. Each of you will deal with it differently and in your own way, allow the process. It is my prayer that you will find comfort in knowing that your mother loved each of you the best way she knew how. May you never forget her love-may the sound of her laughter forever echo in your hearts-may you find comfort in the memory of her touch- and may her spirit be omnipresent in your lives forever.
