Bernie and her family grew up over the road from us , my mum was known as auntie Bet to bernies family and we always call their mum auntie Eileen. Two families with no money but lots of love, Bernie loved to dance and laugh, we spent many times in their house and them in ours, we were family in everything but name❤️ All the family are always thought of with love and both Bernie and Paul will never be forgotten ❤️❤️ Dancing together up there now and no doubt making up shows for all the heavenly beings ❤️ Rest in perfect peace sweetheart ❤️

The absolute life and soul of the party, with energy and a beaming smile you could spot from across the room. I have plenty of memories of us dancing in the living room and sat gossiping at the dinner table! An unforgettable woman

My favourite aunty, my childhood holiday memories, all the laughs, lots of singing and silliness. Whenever you visited us it was lots love and laughter. Raising two beautiful cousins with so much love. I always wanted to be like you. You taught me it was more important to be happy than to to appear so, embraced all the quirks and encouraged me to be daft. Love you Aunty xxx

Cannot believe that she has gone. She was always so full of life. Loved dancing and partying. When she was young her and her brother Paul used to dance and enter competitions together. Competative and many times my 2 younger siblings would get the gold and silver. They will both be tapping together now. R.I.P. Bernie. Xxx gone, but never forgotten xxx
