Since Covid-19, Bro Bernard and I were frequently grouped together in online meetings. I cherish the moments we spent together, praying and flowing out the inexhaustible Christ. What can we say about his sudden falling asleep? We say "PRAISE THE LORD!"

Dear brother Benard, learning of your sudden death came with great shock. It was indeed unexpected, but our Lord and captain is sovereign. Each time I remember how suddenly you went to be with the Lord, I'm quickly reminded of how much this life is fast running out. May the Lord comfort us and continually remind us of His imminent return. Rest in the Lord, dear brother!

My heart melted when I heard the news of your demise. It was a great chock even till the moment I'm writing this condolence. I could still not yet believe that one one the Lord's army has gone to meet the Lord. I will miss you, Owo saints will miss you. Rest in peace dear brother Bernard

Brother Bernard, you loved the Lord and you loved being with the saints. Losing you really hurts but in all things we praise the Lord. I hardly remember any conference, training, seminar or Brothers'meeting in which you were absent except you were out of town. You remain a pattern to many of us younger ones. Thank the Lord for all the memories. Goodnight brother.

Dear brother in Christ, rest on in the bossom of our Lord Jesus Christ. Your exit of this word, so painful to us. We love you but Christ our master love you more. My condolences to the family. May the Lord grant you grace to bear the lost.

We thank the Lord for everyrhing as in 1.Thessalonians 5:18, In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. You have set a pattern for us to follow, may your exit be not only a lesson for us all to learn but also be an opportunity for us to repent and be reconciled with and to one another, that the geniune oneness of the saints will be revived in and through the fellowship of the Body. Since your exit is the will of God in Christ Jesus for us, may the Lord comfort and shepherd your family, the local church in Lagos and the churches in Nigeria that all the saints may be strenghtened into the inner man. May your exit to be with the Lord be a revelation that will burden the leading brothers to be diligent in keeping the oneness of the Spirit in the uniting bond of peace. Brother Ben rest well in Him who is our Head.

Dear Brother Bernard Onyemelife, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus, you kept the testimony and never denied the Lord's Name until the end. This is a great encouragement to us all. Though we will miss your spirit and functioning here greatly. Seep on Dear Brother till we meet again at the Lord's return with a triumphant shout of joy and victory!
