Oh Bart, there are no words to sum up your energy, passion, fun, love for your family and strength. You endured so much over the recent years but were always so stoic, positive and an absolute inspiration. I am honoured to have become your friend and I wish I'd got the chance to meet your wonderful family in different circumstances. You and Kerisha truly raised Kings and I saw so much of you in Robert as he delivered the most heart felt poem at your funeral. Rest in peace my friend. Your pain is over but your legacy will live on xxx

Bart - such a great guy, oozing character, humour and charm throughout his illness and pain. He adored you all Kerisha, Robert and Alex, and never stopped talking about you. I will miss our chat and laughs, sending you all the hugs and love in the world. Always here, lots of love to you all. RIP Bart x

Bart was truly an authentic soul, always bringing his full self to every situation and lived a really eventful life. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing his life stories and his passions shone through his personality. His memory will forever live on. Rest in Peace Bart.

Full of character, bag full of comics and no filter. Some of many things I admired about Bart but above all was his honesty. He always faced the world head on never shied away from any hurdles or challenges he faced at work or in personal life. Even as he was going through his treatment, he always had a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife and kids. Rest in peace bro.

Bart was such a positive spark in our team, always bringing energy and enthusiasm to our team. Often the prankster and also didn't have a filter which did bring laughter to many. He will be sorely missed in our team, sending all my love to Kerisha, Robert and Alex.

Bart was a bundle of joy to work with and made the day go by that little bit better. He always had a smile on his face when he was in the office and this continued even throughout his treatments. I only properly got to know Bart in the last year but he was such a positive and friendly part of the team. I enjoyed our chats about our shared interests and he never failed to make you laugh. Thinking of Bart and his wife and kids. Rest in peace mate, you truly will be missed x
