Barbara Lenart

Barbara Ann Lenart, 74, Toms River, NJ passed away peacefully at home after a long struggle with cancer on Friday 4/21 at 5pm. Barbara was born June 21, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY to Helen and Melvin Miller. She went to high school and spent most of her young life in Woodbridge, NJ before moving to Franklin Park, East Brunswick and eventually Toms River, NJ. During her life Barbara worked in the real estate and restaurant businesses, spending most of the last 20 years working in retail banking in Toms River. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with family and friends and cooking. Barbara was a loving mother to and survived by her son John of Wallingford, PA and daughter Jannine (Lenart) Moran of Rye, NY and loving grandmother to Johnny, Patrick, Jamie, Liam, Kieran and Will. Barbara is preceded in death by her father, Melvin Miller, and mother, Helen Miller, as well as many cousins, nephews and nieces.
