Bala was one of the most charismatic leaders I have had the privilege of knowing at Orange India. He had a rare gift—the courage to speak his mind with clarity and conviction, coupled with the warmth of being the most humble, grounded leader one could ever meet. His oratory skills were unmatched; he could inspire, guide, and touch hearts with every word. Always with a smile, Bala was not just a leader but also a mentor and role model to me and many others. His life was a journey that left an indelible mark on countless people he crossed paths with. Bala, we will truly miss you. Wherever you are, may your spirit continue to inspire as it always did. Bala’s legacy is irreplaceable void in our hearts. He was that rare leader who combined strategic vision with genuine compassion, making everyone around him better through his guidance and example. Will miss you dearly Bala! I have so many fond memories of you, right from the first day we met at Vashi office. You were always so approachable and down to earth. You had the most infectious smile and your love for music..I can never forget. Stay happy and shine brighter, you were and will remain a star! Until we meet again.

Sad to hear the news about Bala and hard to believe Bala is no more with us. Bala was one of the best inspirations, impactful & visionary leader who believed all the time in his team, motivated the team & stood with them in all situations. I had a few chances to interact with Bala Sir, but each moment was truly memorable. The way he communicated with each of us made it feel as though he knew us personally — a truly remarkable quality. His warm smile had a way of brightening and makes us comfortable. My deepest condolences to his family during this difficult time. I pray that God gives them the strength to bear this loss.
