Andy had a career spanning over 38 years predominately in the Highways sector. Andy joined Halcrow in 2004, and had previously worked in the Worcester Office; on the M4 Smart Motorway project and on a Manchester client side reorganisation project. Most recently, he was based in Birmingham working client side as the lead on the Parry Barr major road project which is in its final stages and is being implemented for the Commonwealth Games. Andy was a much respected leader and a safe pair of hands, he will be sadly missed by all his colleagues at Jacobs.

So shocked and saddened to hear the news of Andy's passing. I remember chatting with Andy on many occasions during his visits to our Cardiff office (Halcrow/CH2M), he was such a warm and friendly gentleman and will be sadly missed. Bitterly sad news about Andy. Andy and I go back some years as work colleagues, my line manger and latterly Resources Practice Manager for Highways within Halcrow / CH2M. Always smiling, always jolly, always ready to help , offer advice and wise counsel. A true gentleman, you will be deeply missed Andy. My sincerest condolences to his family for their loss.

So shocked to hear the sad news. I had the pleasure knowing Andy while working at Gloucestershire County Council (GCC ) but not had pleasure of working with Andy. I worked with Andy soon after he joined Halcrow in 2004 at Birmingham office. I remember his friendly chat and smile, talking about family, Middle East and road projects which were involvement in.
