Achim, I can’t believe this is true… Your “All fine?!” and “Have fun!” made our days and coffee breaks brighter :) Thank you for the positive energy you shared with us and for the “Whatever you do, have fun!” motto you left to us. I will miss your smile, tips and enthusiasm, dear Achim.

Dear Achim, your smile and your positive energy and mood lightened us all and cheered us all the time. Even if we were not working directly in the same team, you were always interested in what we were doing, and always providing your tips and help. You were always seeing the good in things and that was contagious for us all in Bertrange. :) Thank you Achim, people like you are one in a million to find.

Dear Achim this is so sad.... :( you were a really special person! I have only known you for a year and I really enjoyed working with you and especially learning from you. We will miss you a lot, and we will always carry some of your quotes with us..."Whatever you do and wherever you are, have a lot of fun!" RIP

Thank you Achim for your great help on DWS and our processes; thank you for teaching me e-forms and how to work with Fran von der Auwera (I will always remember your famous "Liebe Grüsse aus dem sonnigen Luxemburg"); thank you for popping in my office and our discussions; thank you for dancing with me at so many New Year Parties; thank you for our talks and jokes at the coffee machine. Achim, I will miss you. The expressions 'have fun' and 'je m'amuse' will always be linked with you.

Still hard to believe this is true! Difficult to imagine that your smiling face will not show up at my office door asking "alles ok?" Difficult to imagine the office without you, Achim! Thank you for your kind words, for the nice and funny discussions in the coffee room, thank you for always reminding us to "have fun". You'll be truly missed!

There are few great people you meet in your life, friends, family or coworkers, and you were one among of them. Thank you for your kindness, understanding, willing to embrace knowledge, involvement, trust and that how you knew to appreciate people. Goodbye “nice PM from Luxembourg”.

Met Achim when I started with Amplexor back in 2011. I remember Achim as one of the friendliest people I've met. Always a smile on his face, always a nice word, positive even when tasked with difficult projects - and there were many :-)! Special memory: when I moved to Portugal in 2015, Achim volunteered to babysit and then bring my cat with him, from Luxembourg, in the plane! That was so nice! Thank you Achim, rest in peace.
