It is one of the saddest moment to loose a friend like you. Can't be expressed in words. Your ever smiling face and helpful nature will always remain in my heart. You were the pillar of 3p cell. Liked by all. You were always approachable and willing to help anyone in their personal & professional life. Proud of whatever you achieved in your life,both at personal & professional level. You are a role model for all. RIP. Sure God give strength to Umesh/Vighnesh/Medhnash to carry on in life & keep her name shining as ever. God bless.

I first met Kushala aunty as a kid.. My dad was a part of HUL and was in her team at that time. I loved how she spoke to our entire family with so much warmth. Recently had a word with her again with I myself got a job opportunity from HUL. Kushala aunty was equally happy for me. Its wonderful to see how she was so passionate about HUL.. She inspires so many youngsters like me to be passionate about work and to be humble and warm at the same time. We will miss you Kushala aunty :)

Kushala will always be remembered as a team player and super leader. I had worked very closely with her during her B2C stint. What really stood out for me personally was her energy and passion to deliver for the whole team and the function. She always groomed young talent and I remember the way she represented her team members in key talent forums. We all will truly miss her. May her soul rest in peace.

Like for many of us, Kushala was a dear friend. She always was full of ideas, principles, values as to how to make it even better for the organization. I did one of my residential training with her and those 4-5 days, she would always look out for me and my comfort, guide me, help me and take care of me. We were in a Singapore and knowing that I am a vegetarian, she would always check and then tell me what could I eat and what I should not. I also happened to be scolded by her for not taking care of my health and physical well being.. after that training, whenever she met me, she would ask "madam, aapka health regime chal raha hai ya nahi".. I always hoped and prayed for her to come back to HUL and see her around. I hope she is in even better and blessed life wherever she is. My heartiest condolences to family and may she have peaceful journey ahead!

Kushala boss was a great leader, a great mentor and above all a great boss. I had the opportunity to work with her several times. She was a very good friend and a team player. She inspired me at every step. She was a family person and always used to tell us to keep family as our priority. Her strength and will power to fight with all odds is something I was always remember. I will truly miss my boss. Pray your soul rest in peace. Amen

In this world , people are either specialists or jacks of all trades. Kushala was one rare person who was specialist of all trades. My first interaction with Kushala was when I was gym trainer in Belapur office. It was a limited interaction. When I moved to tax team, the interaction was frequent as she was 3pcell incharge. She was one of those rare people who understood the requirement and seriousness of what the other person is asking for and why is he asking the same. The real time when I got to work with her and learn was when she was in RFM and B2C lead roles. Few things which she inculcated in the team and myself were discipline, simplification of work, always adding value and how to ensure accuracy in whatever you do. She always encourage us to have cross functional connect, so that we gain knowledge and always understand the logic behind stakeholder’s point of view. I was eagerly waiting to again work with her as she was a mentor and role model for me. People like Kushala are legendary institutions and they come once in many years. Miss you Ma'am… you can never be replaced. May your soul rest in peace in heaven

Kushala boss was one of the greatest personalites I had ever worked with. She was not only a good leader but a good mentor a good friend and always with her team. She always used to push the team to the extend to get the thign done with lot of focus. Her carishma was so powerful that it alwasys inspired me in each level & shaped my individuality profresionally and personally.I miss her to the extend no one can replace her .. I luv her

Kushala will always be remembered for someone who cared about each and every person in her team whether be a permanent or temporary staff . she took great interest and involved herself in developing them and providing guidance . Kushala was very fond of Yoga , she inspired everyone to try the same. She was very meticulous in her work and passionate about any role she was in. She has been a friend and a guide to me. Kushala has been the embodiment of positivity and calmness. I have always been amazed by her depth of knowledge and how lightly she carried it on her shoulders. I know of many people who were impacted by cancer, but I'm yet to see anyone who has been such a fighter like Kushala. She is such a role model for many of us. You went away too soon Kushala, I still cannot digest the fact that you are no more. But I'd like to think that you are now making heaven a brighter, calmer place. RIP Kushala, we will miss you.

Kushala was my first boss , mentor , leader and teacher in HUL . I am staying in her home and whenever some discussion happened peoples called me and tell that "Tumhari Owner se Baat hui thi". I missed her a lot and she was the guiding force on many things .
