I am writing to express my deepest condolences to the family of Mr Kwak
and all his work colleagues both in NZ, Australia and Korea.
I met with Mr Kwak on many occasions both in Sydney and Korea and remember him
as a successful businessman who was passionate about the Korean inbound travel industry.
He will be sorely missed by all those that knew him and his passing will leave a deep hole in the travel industry.

저는 다양한 행사를 통해 호주와 한국에서 여러 번 곽사장님을 뵙게 되고 한국 인바운드 업계에 매우 열정적이고 성공적인 사업가로 기억 됩니다.
곽사장님을 알았던 많은 분들이 그를 그리워할 거고 그의 부재는 업계에 상당한 공백을 남길 거라 생각합니다.
