Yasho Wardhan Sarda

October 28, 1952 - June 28, 2020

Dearest all, We wish to inform of the merging of Syt. Yasho Wardhan Sarda's soul with the almighty Brahman on 28 June 2020. Over the last few days we have been humbled by the condolence wishes, messages and texts. Your words have meant a lot to us as we mourn Yasho's loss. Yasho touched the lives of many during his lifetime in Zambia, India and beyond as a wonderful son, brother, father, grandfather and friend. He was a wonderful man, who loved his family deeply and he always had a remarkable quality of making people comfortable around him, while sharing his ideas and wisdom about the world. Yasho is now in a peaceful place and, in his memory, we would like to create a memoir book that can be kept by his immediate family members, including his mother, wife and two sons. We will be delighted and hugely grateful if you can share your lovely memories and photos with Yasho here as we continue to celebrate his life. We wish to thank everyone for their constant prayers, wishes & support. Om Shanti

I haven't had too many opportunities to interact with Yasho fufaji in the recent past, but all my memories of him are happy memories. His proactive willingness to share his knowledge, his curiosity to know about all things new & his wonderful ability to mingle with people of all ages & backgrounds made him a person I really looked upto. In this hour of grief, we're all with Sheila bhua, Dhruv bhaiya, Varun bhaiya & the Sarda family in spirit. May God bless Yasho fufaji's soul and give all of you strength to cope with the loss.
