Vish was one of the very first colleagues I remember when I started my career in midwifery and I remember how lovely and caring he was towards his colleagues but also the families he cared for. I sat through many appointments with him and families and was always so amazed to see his true care and compassion. He was also someone who was really funny to be around and I will always remember our trip to London and a reception at the House of Lords for an award we won, he was just so entertaining.
