Very sad news. A lovely man who always had a great story to tell. A fine racing driver who somehow didn't get the breaks he deserved sometimes. A very incisive journalist possessing a mine of information and a teller of some truly wonderful, sometimes slightly indiscreet but hilarious, stories. In the 80's was involved with him as he and Heritage researched and sourced the replacement TR6 bodyshell which came to fruition at the Essen Motor Show. A great character, he will be very sadly missed
