TJ was the first person I met when I came to interview with Beyond Meat. He was so welcoming and kind that it eased my pre-interview jitters. When I came back to 119 for my first day of orientation, he remembered me from my interview day and yelled, 'you did it!' with a big smile and gave me a high-five. TJ instantly made me feel a part of the Beyond Meat family, and I always looked forward to my 119 visits knowing that I would get to chat with him. TJ made a positive and lasting impression on everyone he came in contact with, and our time with him will be cherished.
