Tina was a dear colleague, friend, and a valued member of the MHD team. A true force of nature, she met every challenge with determination, creativity, and resilience, leaving a lasting impact on our organisation. Tina’s sense of fun and warmth brightened the workplace, and we know many will hold fond memories of the time shared with her.

Tina was a very strong willed lady and always wanted to make sure things were done right, I remember one time she challenged me over a process I had completed and said I had done it wrong, I have to say I was very relieved when I was able to show her the guidance, as she could be very scary. However, she was also funny, kind and willing to help anyone. We were speaking about our sons and I told her he wanted to change career, she couldn't give me enough advice and help around this and also sent me vacancies within the Civil Service which she said would be suitable for him. She always wanted the best for people and was so proud of her family and what her boys achieved. Se was very determined and this showed by how she progressed within her career and she was an inspiration. She will be missed greatly and I'm glad I had the pleasure of working with her.
