Chef Kelly was always there to lend an ear or a shoulder to cry on when I started teaching. He would always find the humor in things and make me dust my shoulders off and get over it and keep on! He loved his students, his colleagues, and the people he mentored...like me. The contagious laugh will live on in my memories and I know he’s up in heaven having a beer and cooking a good meal :)
