For me my memories of Tim are of someone who always went out of his way, to come over and give you a clap on the back if you'd done well, and a big grin and a goodnight as you walked out the door in the evening. Sounds trivial now, but those small moments showed the quality of the man. My thoughts are truly with his family at this time.
