I am looking at Tim's photo as I write and just cannot believe that we won't be laughing and chatting again. Tim was a wonderful colleague. I respected him enormously and remember him most for his smile, kindness, humility and authentic charm. Tim always showed care and compassion to all of us and we feel his untimely passing very much; your loss must be like a huge chasm. I offer my deepest condolences to you.
