Dr Chibwana was a source of wisdom and inspiration for the WIN family. His humility, patience and big heart made him that great leader who held the WIN Africa programme together and saw it grow from strength to strength.
Through his exceptional leadership he inspired and impacted careers of many female journalists who participated in the programme. His footprints are solidly embedded in the many changes he encouraged in careers of individual journalists he mentored as well as the media organisations he passionately interacted with.
