To the family of the late Hon. Stanley Lowe, O.B.E, J.P. may your souls be comforted during your time of loss. I have been blessed to have known such a gentleman, political colleague and friend, " Mr. Speaker". I enjoyed my talks privately in the Speaker's Chambers with him assisting him with his computer skills, the overseas trips with the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association especially in the Caribbean, the Americas and the Atlantis region. As one from the PLP victory class of 1998, the one thing we can share is that we both left parliament in 2012 so many thanks for your guidance and advice. Your love and caring spirit will forever be in my heart and soul knowing that your living has not in vain because you helped so many as you passed along. Sojourn on thy great and faithful servant supporting your family, your political colleagues and the community you served so willingly. Sleep peacefully Mr. Speaker.
