To the Lowe Family...We are so very sorry to hear of Stanley's passing. We have been neighbors all my life and growing up in the Sunnyside Park neighborhood we were all like family. Have so many special memories and whenever he saw me or my twin he would say Sonya or Karen...he couldn't tell us apart! He was a real gentlemen, thoughtful and kind. He represented our constituency well and he will be missed. Please know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. We pray that God will comfort and strengthen you all during this difficult time.
