I have very fond memories of Uncle Stan, especially of the holiday Jane, Tim and I enjoyed with him and Auntie Mary, plus Helen and Jo. I think of that week as being full of sunshine, laughter and fun. it was very noble of Stan and Mary to take on three extra children for a week!! Stan was very caring and was concerned for my welfare while Mum and Dad were in Zambia when I was in my teens. He checked up on me to make sure that I was alright. I think of him and his cheery smile with much fondness. He will be missed. With much love, Jackie xx
