Dearest Grandpa, Accepting that you have left us is really hard for me but I know that you are in a better place. I am incredibly glad I was part of your very last days on earth and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I wanted you to live long enough to see my children as you were an integral part of every part of my life, you picked us up from school when we were in primary school, you attended our university graduations even if we didn’t attend universities in Lagos, you attended every party we organized. You were stern yet fun, loving and a family man in every sense of it. You shared in our joys and our pains and you were always available whenever we needed you. I am happy I was able to celebrate you when you were alive and in death I am saying thank you. Grandpa, I miss you and will always miss you and will never forget you. I love you always Sun re Grandpa. Your Etso Kpedi .
