Sergi Martinez Fernandez

November 3, 1980 - November 23, 2020

"Sergi joined CEVA in 2008 and from that moment forward has been seen as a person with an incredible energy and determination to get things done. He had the unusual talent to identify the smallest of opportunities and engage with the people around him to capitalize on it. His infectious optimism and positive attitude, pushed those he engaged with to go the extra mile and seek border crossing collaborations. For him there were no fights or conflicts but opportunities to work together towards a common goal. We learnt from him every day, also outside of work. His passion on certain topics was surpassed by no one, we have lost a truly kind and generous colleague! Sergi had only recently turned 40 years of age and has been surpassed by his wife Silvia and children Mariona & Oriol. Our thoughts go out to his family and loved ones, as we are truly sorry for their loss."

The time that we spent working together on Matrix TMS and the moments of our conversation during your smoking break. Your passion in life, your love for diving and a responsible father. You are a great man and a great friend that i will miss you alot. My deepest condolences to your family. Your two children will be very proud of you. Miss you buddy.
