Scott brought a calm and at times challenging approach to the tasks in hand and always managed to find 1 point you had missed regardless of how much prep was done. Whilst the sessions with Scott were at times fleeting, the support was always there. As I moved roles, so did Scott! We often joked that he would be my stalker for eternity. I genuinely believe I am the person I am within the work environment thanks to Scott's tutelage over the years, and I will be for ever grateful. Rest well big man. (Shame about the choice of rugby)
