Dad, I came to know you in a caring capacity.
It didn’t take time before we bonded as your engagement and acceptance of me was spontaneous.
It gives me absolute joy, satisfaction and sense of fulfilment that I was part of your amazing, dedicated and supportive family during this period.
I feel saddened that I wasn’t there to bid you a final farewell and to thank you for all your cooperation and fatherly love to me.
However, your beloved wife, daughters, sister, son in-laws, sister in-law and her husband and the rest of your family were there with you through thick & thin.
That shows what a kind, loving, remarkable, decent gentleman you were.
They treated you with love & respect, preserved your dignity & values as well as making sure you received the best care package from start to end.
The vacuum your departure has left in our hearts cannot be filled.
We also know there’s time for everything a time to be born and a time to die.
We pray that God grant your family courage, fortitude & strength to bear this irreparable loss.
