I'm writing this remembrance about my niece Valerie with tears in my eyes. I can remember from a tender age, my sister and I went to Longwood to visit our grandmother whom Valerie was living with. We decided to take Valerie home to Banks on our backs because she was small and couldn't walk that far. From then, we grew up together, not just as niece but as sisters.. She was a quiet person who was loved by all family members. We went to church together and she gave her life to the Lord at a young age. We cry and mourn because we didn't know that she would leave us so early but God knows best. We know that she has gone to a better place because of the life she lived. We know that she is resting in the arms of her Saviour. Sleep and take your rest. We love you but Jesus loves you best! Pauline & Dawn
