My sister Ruth was an amazing human being. I am so privileged to have been her brother all these years. Her joy whenever we came to visit, her love for our children, her regular calls to check on us, her taking matatus all the way from Ngong to Athi River to attend the church I lead, her uncomplaining attitude despite the many times she was ill. Her departure was completely unexpected. In all my future plans, I did not envision a scenario where she was not part of my life. I am comforted because I know she is with Jesus, enjoying her new mind and body. I miss you sis and can’t wait to see you again!
