I was so saddened to see Ruaidhre's sudden decline and recent passing. It came to a shock for me as only last summer we physically worked hand in hand to landscape our garden and refurbish his out house. The rear of our garden had been planned for Ruaidhre and his family to share with us. It consisted of a golf practice area and a bbq facility to enjoy many a cold beer talking golf under the Pitshanger sunset's. Sometime i wonder whether the speed of his decline was due to the his fight till the death, his form, his composure and drive, not only keep going but to excel in all areas of his life. Those moment will be cherished as his constant discipline, spirit, courage, fight and positivity will be carried forth in his honour. It is evident in this case it is not about how long we are here for. It's about what we achieve whilst we are here and the marks, impressions and imprints we leave behind. Keep up the golf, the beer and the banter Rory x
