Ruaidhre was a wonderful individual. I had the pleasure of working within his team and as a boss he was supportive of everyone, ensuring he got the best out of all in his team and allowing them to progress within their career, even if it meant they moved on to other teams. On a social level he was great fun, regaling stories over the odd pint or 2 after work. He will be sorely missed.
