I only got to know Ruaidhre in the past year and relatively briefly vs. other colleagues across the organisation, however I wanted to leave a message as he was so pleasant and helpful, and his will and drive to support staff and their development, and to do the right thing for our customers, staff and the business were clear. He was very approachable and people's fondness and respect for Ruaidhre was clear to me in any conversation where he's come up. I'm sorry for his family, his team and close friends & colleagues who will clearly miss him enormously.
