A truly great guy who will be sorely missed. I spoke to Richard only a few days before he passed and he was his usual chirpy self making his standard jokes giving us all a lift! I first met Richard back in 2014 when I joined the FCA and he alongside Alison trained me. I remember Richard spending time with me aside and supporting me with complex areas and ensuring the message landed in a language I could understand. Reading the condolence messages it seems like this was the norm for Richard and he did this for everyone in the Contact Centre/Sup Hub so it just goes to show what a fantastic guy he was. I'll also miss our annual event of a few beers before the Christmas party where you would always skip a round and simply hold up your glass pointing at me at the bar to get you another one! I will definitely have a beer for you this Christmas Rich. Much love to all the family and RIP x
