Richard was simply a lovely person. So bright, cheery and (of course) funny. He couldn’t resist a joke in training sessions. The kind which would make you wonder ‘where is this going…’, and then be met with a groan from the room as he delivered the punchline. I'm so gutted I won't hear anymore. He was truly a supportive colleague and believed in everyone. I can’t count how many times he made me feel like I could achieve anything. I’ve no doubt this is how he made us all feel, and I hope he was able to see just how uplifting he was for everyone in the Supervision Hub. Thank you, Richard. Sending all my love to all his family. Rest in Peace – we’ll miss you dearly x
