Richard gave me the opportunity to work here as part of the interviewing team back in 2010. I joined in April that year and we have been friends, as well as colleagues, ever since. Great man, kind, humorous, knowledgeable and mischievous, but with that came his professionalism and true desire to teach others so they had that springboard to succeed.
My condolences go out to all his family and friends and those hundreds of people he had such a positive impact on over the years with the FSA/FCA.
I'll miss you mate, another good 'un gone way to early.
