Richard really was part of the fixtures and fittings of our Contact Centre/Supervision Hub and it was a pleasure to work with him over the last 9 years. He made such a huge contribution to the lives of so many who trained under him or worked alongside him. He always kicked off the team's morning greetings in the best of spirits, with his usual sense of humour and always with a compliment thrown in for good measure. I even had the rare opportunity of turning the tables and training Richard (in the ways of WhatsApp, but still) and I felt immeasurable pride when he posted his first ever voice note to the team chat group!
During lockdown we had the pleasure of being introduced to his grandkids and dog, where his pride in his family was abundantly clear. You'd be hard pressed to meet a man who loved his wife as much, or put her on as high a pedestal (he always referred to her as his Queen),as much as Richard did and the same went for his children and grandchildren. Sending my condolences and thoughts to his family and friends x
