i was so sorry to hear of the death of Sayibu. I had the pleasure of meeting Sayibu in December when a group of us from Canada came to Ghana to begin discussions of inclusive education. On our visit to Tamale, he took care of everything and engaged his son Vincent to make sure we were looked after. And then he invited us to his house for dinner with his family. That felt to me like such a great honour to meet the family and break bread. In only the short time that I met him, I knew he was a kind and caring man with a gentle side and a welcoming smile. I feel blessed to have met him and I know our work will continue with the seeds that he sowed. My prayers are with the family in your time of sorrow.
