Just like that? Yes, just like that!!! Just like that, we were and are all still shocked that you are gone. Just like that, we shall miss your smiling face. Just like that, we shall miss your endearing demeanour. Just like that, we shall miss your style of sharing your experiences on missions field. Just like that, my children shall meet your fatherly kindness and caring during AWMC. Just like that, Francis shall miss your scolding when he behaves as Francis. BUT THEN, Just like that, it will be the turn of another one. We all mourned together when our beloved Dr. Kode departed and it was like a dream. Just like that, we are missing another gallant solider of the Lord. We shouldn't mourn like those who have no hope. Indeed we will miss you and will continue to miss you. But we should all know that you have done all that was in your capacity to do. You fought tirelessly till the last of your breath. You did all that you could for your Lord that you love. Now you have laid down your sword at His feet. You have joined the saints triumphant. You have left us an example of how to love and live for the Lord. We shall not be downcast, we shall arise with strength renewed. We shall put our pieces together and continue the fight. The Lord, our Commander in Chief, is leading the battle and we are following. We shall stand as true solders and die at our post. Sleep on God's General. Till we meet to part no more. Joseph Olunloyo SECRETARY, ADVANCING WORLD MISSIONS CONFERENCE (AWMC)
