Dear colleagues and friends. Please use this Book of Condolences to share your thoughts and memories of our wonderful Ramona. As we cannot be together during these uncertain times, this is a place where we can express our love and respect for our dear friend. As Ramona touched so many of our lives I'm in no doubt there will be many happy memories and photos to share. Although there is an option to share content widely on social media, can I kindly request we don't share outside of this platform to ensure that everyone's personal thoughts and memories are contained in this safe place. Jenney xx

I remember Ramona from the day I joined TfL in 2013. A real bubbly character and so loud! Her and Karen P were like the terrible twosome, but Ramona never got away with any secrecy thanks to her loud voice and infectious laugh! She will be terribly missed by a lot of people. Such a caring lady.

Pics from Sheen's wedding in 2011, Ramona looking glam and laughing, of course.

I heard Ramona before I met her. Not sure what tickled her funny bone that day but it was my first day of sorts at Windsor House. It was to be a simple introduction day where I'd spend the first half of the day meeting people and familiarising myself with the new job. You tend to never realise these things until much later but her laughter was probably the perfect way to begin a new journey of my life with TfL. A warm welcome without needing a physical embrace. A spark of brightness for the way ahead. Work days would go on and for every reaction I heard from Ramona about powdered drinks or messy sinks, they were pretty much always accompanied by laughter. The office move to Stratford saw more open space and still her presence was always felt around the corner. Farewell, Ramona. Though your departure fills us with sadness, may our memories of you fill our hearts with gladness.
