Writing this, I still can’t believe Ramnik is no longer with us. He was a true gentleman always had a smile on his face. He was calm and always willing to help. He trained me on Business Objects as I was always badgering him for reports, so he sat me down and said he was going to teach me, so I can do them myself ! He was the first person I got to know when I started at Sky. We bonded over our love for Africa, him being from Tanzania and myself from Nigeria. He was the only person at work to call me by my Nigerian name (Anene). He was my sounding board at work especially when I needed to rant about anything that was bothering me.
He was a big brother to me and I will miss him so so much.
I thank God for the time we got to spend with him a few weeks ago as a team. I will cherish the happy memories we made that day and all the beautiful memories through the years I have known him.
My heartfelt condolences to his family and I pray God will give them comfort during this time.
