Raghu was a strong supporter of the PACS Actuarial Team and the PACS IFRS17 Program Office. He was brilliant and quick. I remembered how he grasped the key technical issues on RBC2 quickly when we briefed him during his visit here in Singapore. He gave us the latitude to do what we needed to do, while holding us accountable to our commitment. I am proud to have worked with him. To his family, please accept my condolences. Please take care.
